# KLinePic Terms of Service

## 1. Service

KLinePic is a digital trade-journal and chart-visualization service operated by an independent software developer. It turns user-supplied trade records into candlestick review charts, calculates factual historical metrics, and provides optional batch and Agent API workflows.

KLinePic is not an investment adviser, broker, exchange, or trading system. It does not provide investment recommendations, trading signals, return promises, market forecasts, brokerage, custody, or automatic trade execution.

## 2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the data you submit. Remove unnecessary names, account numbers, and other identity details before uploading files. Keep account tokens and Agent API keys confidential. You may not use KLinePic to break laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse service capacity, or access another person's account or data without permission.

## 3. Plans, billing, and delivery

The current plan names, prices, billing cycles, quotas, and included features are shown in the KLinePic account panel and at the Creem checkout before purchase. Paid plans are digital subscriptions delivered to the email account used for checkout. Subscription fees recur monthly or annually until cancelled.

Creem acts as merchant of record and processes payment, taxes, invoices, and the customer billing portal. After a successful payment, paid access is normally applied automatically. If delivery is delayed, email `support@klinepic.com` with the checkout email and Creem order reference.

## 4. Cancellation and refunds

Paid users can open **Account / Plans and usage / Manage Creem billing** to view invoices or cancel a subscription directly in the Creem Customer Portal. A cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the already-paid period, subject to the terms shown by Creem. If the portal is unavailable, email `support@klinepic.com`.

Refund requests are reviewed individually for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or other documented problems. Refund eligibility also follows the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Request help at `support@klinepic.com`; do not initiate a chargeback before giving support a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

## 5. Service limits

Market data may come from third-party sources such as Tushare, AkShare-backed public pages, Binance, or Yahoo and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Historical calculations and charts are for review only and are not guaranteed to be error-free. Batch images and ZIP files are temporary outputs and may be deleted after the stated retention period.

## 6. Ownership

You retain ownership of the trade records you submit. KLinePic and its software, branding, and documentation remain subject to their applicable ownership and licence terms.

## 7. Warranty and liability

KLinePic is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

## 8. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated when the service, law, or provider requirements change. Material changes will be published on this page. Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, security risk, or material breach of these terms.
